In a bowl, mix all ingredients well. Spread the mixture evenly into a square mold and freeze for 1 hour.
Remove from the freezer and cut into desired stick sizes.
Breading:
• Breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs, beaten
• Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare a double breading station: dip each stick first in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Repeat for a second layer.
Fill a deep pan with enough oil (e.g., vegetable or canola oil) to fully submerge the cheese sticks. Heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot.
Carefully fry the cheese sticks until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes (they will cook evenly on all sides when fully submerged).
