My name is Sofia, and I’m a Georgian from the beautiful and sunny country of Georgia. I’m a food production technologist, brand chef, and the creator of an exciting restaurant project called Evergreen, which is all about healthy, wholesome, and delicious food. Through this project, I’ve proven that healthy food can be incredibly tasty! We’ve already opened the first Evergreen branch in the heart of Barcelona.

For over 10 years, I’ve been living in Europe, actively studying and advancing my expertise in European cuisine. In 2020, I started a food blog on Instagram, where I share my simple, home-cooked recipes. Initially, I focused on complex restaurant-style recipes, but I soon realized that people were more interested in easy, cozy, and delicious home recipes made with everyday ingredients. So, I shifted to sharing the simplest, lightest, and tastiest recipes from my home kitchen—no restaurant dishes or fancy ingredients, just straightforward and incredibly delicious food!
