Season Chicken: Rub chicken with paprika, salt, pepper, and 1 tsp olive oil.
Cook Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente (8-10 min). Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Cook Chicken: Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken 3-4 min per side until done (75°C / 165°F). Set aside.
Make Sauce: In same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Sauté onion 5-8 min until soft, add garlic for 30 sec. Pour in cream, add pasta, and thin with pasta water if needed. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2-3 min.
Serve: Slice chicken, place on pasta, and garnish with parsley.
