Cooking Instructions

1

Make the Alfredo Sauce:

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes, whisking often.

2

Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add parmesan cheese, whisking until melted and smooth. If the sauce isn't thick enough, let it stand for 2-3 minutes to thicken. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.

3

Assemble & Bake:

Mix sauce with cooked rigatoni and chicken. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle extra parmesan on top, and bake at 220°C (425°F) for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Chef's Note

• Thicken the sauce: Add 1 tosp flour when melting butter if you want a thicker sauce.

• Cheese not melting? Add parmesan gradually to avoid clumping.
