Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes. Increase the heat to medium-high for the last 1-2 minutes to achieve a golden color. (Tip: Avoid crowding the pan to ensure proper browning—color equals flavor!)
