🍯The beauty of baked camembert is the simplicity so why complicate it with more than toasted baguettes and a rustic cracker? I like serving with more honey for drizzling.
Preheat the oven to 350 °F (176°C)
Cut the cheese into 8 pieces.
Place the sliced figs on top to cover the cheese. Insert the rosemary sprigs. Salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle with the olive oil and more balsamic vinegar.
Place onto a baking sheet and bake on the middle rack for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Garnish with nuts and chopped rosemary if desired. Serve hot with bread and crackers.
