Boil potatoes until tender, drain, mash with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Sauté onion
2-3 min, add garlic and thyme for 1 min.
Add butter, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook 15 min until golden.
Lower heat, add cream, simmer 3 min.
Transfer to an oven-safe dish, top with shredded cheese.
Form mashed potatoes into small balls, place on top, sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 min until bubbly and golden.
