This Asparagus Gruyère Tart is gorgeous and impressive. It makes for a delicious appetizer or main dish and is super easy to make! You've got to try it!
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to approximately 11x14 inches using a floured rolling pin.
Prick the puff pastry all over with a fork.
Sprinkle the shredded Gruyère cheese evenly over the pastry. Arrange the asparagus stalks evenly on top of the cheese, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tart is golden brown. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving. Best served immediately.
