Creamy Garlic Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms
These rich, garlicky mushrooms stuffed with creamy spinach and topped with golden, bubbly parmesan are perfect as a summer appetizer or light lunch!
Gently remove mushroom stems (slice around the base with a knife) and clean caps with a paper towel.
In a bowl, mix spinach, dill, parsley, cream cheese, mozzarella, and dried garlic.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture.
Sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
