Ingredients

600-700 g / 21-25 oz mixed seafood (e.g., lobster tail, unpeeled shrimp,

mussels, or other shellfish)

330 ml / 1⅓ cups light beer (lager or pilsner)

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp dried garlic powder

100 g / 7 tbsp salted butter, cubed

Juice of 1 lemon (about 30 ml / 2 tbsp)

Parsley (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.
Mix beer, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Place mixed seafood in a baking bag or foil pouch. Pour in beer mixture, add butter cubes, and seal.
Bake on a tray for 15-18 min until shrimp are pink and shellfish open.
Open bag, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve with juices and parsley.
Chef's Note
Serve with bread or rice to soak up the sauce. Discard unopened shellfish.
